The mission of Global Access is to help business and leisure travelers save money on fares and find hard-to-get seats on almost any airline. We offer personal service and work with travelers directly to find what they need and help them get the travel experience they desire and deserve. While we are fortunate to arrange a small amount of celebrity travel, our primary customers are corporate and leisure travelers like yourself, and we know how to make sure that you get exactly the right flights at the right fares.

Wayne Swearengin, the owner of Global Access, offers over 20 years of experience in the travel industry. He spent ten years as a corporate travel planner with a Japanese travel agency before starting his own agency in 1999. Wayne has arranged travel for some major celebrities and also large corporations and has access to most travel consortia, along with an affiliation to TZELL TRAVEL GROUP for corporate travel and WCT for vacation travel. Wayne also works with consolidators such as Jalpak International, ANA Sales Americas, C&H International, Travel Professionals and many others too numerous to mention.

These connections enable Global Access to offer the “white glove” treatment, saving you the hassle of dealing with rude, abrupt and undereducated discount agents and consolidators, while keeping within the same price range. Global Access can use connections and rapport with the sales reps of most major airlines, and is often in a position to ask for waivers or favors, which is simply unheard of when dealing direct. In Addition, Global Access can provide service in 3 Languages: English, Japanese, and Korean.

We think of ourselves as a small agency, no matter how much we grow, because we constantly strive to provide the best service based on your individual, unique needs. Unlike some larger companies, we understand that this individual attention is the best way to maintain lasting relationships, which grows our business without sacrificing personal attention.

We work with the occasional celebrity to provide travel arrangements, but we promise each customer the exact same treatment: attentive and accommodating.

Global Access is familiar with the mileage and award programs at various airlines, and consults with them on your behalf. Our industry connections take the worry out of your itinerary, and upgrades are almost guaranteed on certain airlines if you are a top tier elite flyer.

With over 20 years of travel industry experience, we know what travel is.  “Boutique” means we will cater to you with all your needs before, during, and after your travel and will go to extreme lengths of service compared to those offered by small or larger travel agencies with lesser experience.  We specialize in trying to get the seats that our clients need when flying or the rooms at hotels when they need in order to help you concentrate and make your business more successful.
