Wayne Swearengin, the owner of Global Access, offers over 20 years of experience in the travel industry. He spent ten years as a corporate travel planner with a Japanese travel agency before starting his own agency in 1999. Wayne has arranged travel for some major celebrities and also large corporations and has access to most travel consortia, along with an affiliation to TZELL TRAVEL GROUP for corporate travel and WCT for vacation travel. Wayne also works with consolidators such as Jalpak International, ANA Sales Americas, C&H International, Travel Professionals and many others too numerous to mention. These connections enable Global Access to offer the “white glove” treatment, saving you the hassle of dealing with rude, abrupt and undereducated discount agents and consolidators, while keeping within the same price range. Global Access can use connections and rapport with the sales reps of most major airlines, and is often in a position to ask for waivers or favors, which is simply unheard of when dealing direct. In Addition, Global Access can provide service in 3 Languages: English, Japanese, and Korean. We think of ourselves as a small agency, no matter how much we grow, because we constantly strive to provide the best service based on your individual, unique needs. Unlike some larger companies, we understand that this individual attention is the best way to maintain lasting relationships, which grows our business without sacrificing personal attention.
