Global Access Guarantee and Policy

The Global Access Guarantee and Policy assures you that when you book with us and encounter any problem with your reservation, we will do our best to make it right. It also assures a guaranteed low or best price and quality travel arrangement you deserve. That means, for example:

    * If you are a corporate client and traveling for business, we will do our best to get you the upgrade you deserve. We have arrangements with major carriers to upgrade our clients from full Coach Class fares to Business and from Business to First. (The upgrades will require availability at the time of making your reservation and cannot be done online).
    * Elite or Top Tier frequent flyer members will get the satisfaction of knowing that Global Access will continue to check for upgrade seat availability after ticketing and if possible, will arrange to move your waitlist up to priority level to try and get that last comfortable seat. (Dependent on fare categories, mileage status, electronic upgrades and our own availability of complementary upgrade certificates that we reserve for our frequent customers).
    * If you purchase electronic airline tickets (e-tickets) and notify us within 24 hours of your purchase that you have mistakenly reserved incorrect dates or cities, we'll rebook your flight without charging a change or cancellation fee. (The policy will not apply to some airlines and the newly reserved qualifying fare will apply.)
    * If you arrive at your hotel to find that your reservation cannot be found or the hotel is overbooked, we will manage the details and work directly with the hotel or property manager to get you a room in that hotel or a comparable one nearby.
    * If your airline cancels your flight and you are stuck without help to find a hotel for the night, we will do our best to search for a hotel that meets your needs at a reasonable price.
    * If you arrive at the property reserved for your vacation and find that the pool is closed or there are major renovations under way at the property, we'll find a comparable hotel without these major inconveniences for you at no additional cost.
    * If you arrive at your hotel room to find that your ocean view room is anything but that, we'll ask the hotel to honor their commitment to you, or find you a room with an ocean view at a comparable hotel at no cost to you.
    * If the threat of major weather conditions (such as Hurricanes) makes traveling to your destination unsafe, we'll contact you in advance of your departure to give you the opportunity to change your travel plans, and then we will work with all partners involved to make any itinerary changes at the most reasonable cost to you.
    * If you get to the rental car counter and the car type you reserved is sold out, we'll work with that rental company or another company to get you the car-type you booked.
    * If we learn of an issue from any of our partners or customers that might make your trip less enjoyable as stated above, we will contact you before your trip and help you rearrange your reservations.

For instance, if we learn of something that might make your trip less enjoyable, like a cancelled or delayed flight, some sort of construction or problem at a hotel, we'll contact you before you go and offer alternative arrangements.

What does the Global Access Guarantee promise?

    * If you find a qualifying lower rate for a reservation made with Global Access within 24 hours of booking, we'll not only refund you the difference between what you paid and the new lower price, but give you $50 off a purchase of future travel.
    * All travel booked on Global Access will be consistent with the promise of its detailed description on our site and your travel itinerary (as confirmed on our site 24 hours prior to departure).
    * Mistakes and errors do happen as we are human, and in the very rare instance that should happen, you can count on us to resolve the issue and/or work with you to offer a reasonable alternative.
    * If we learn of something that might make your trip less enjoyable, we'll contact you before you go and give you the option to make other arrangements

    * To invoke our guarantee and if you have any questions before your trip, complete and submit the form located on our site at www.globalaccessweb.com/contact-global-access within 24 hours of completing your reservation on our website. Please note that calling our customer service representatives may not expedite this required procedure.
